Provide leadership in the development of a mulit-disciplinary Cancer Center. This position will be responsible for Administrative oversight of Infusion Services, Radiation Treatment and an Outpatient Cancer Center. The Service Line Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for the development of the Cancer program as well as drive performance excellence and grow market share for oncology services overall. This individual will coordinate these three areas and be responsible for operational and financial performance as well as patient satisfaction, quality and safety initiatives, physician satisfaction and staff engagement.
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years progressive service line management/leadership experience in oncology. Physician practice management preferred. CPR Required

The RN is responsible for coordinating the nursing care of patients in order to provide quality patient care to patients ranging in age from newborn to geriatric. Wyoming license, 1 year critical experience, ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC/ENPC current or within one year of hire.
