MANAGEMENT POSITIONS

 

ONCOLOGY SERVICE LINE MANAGER, NM NEAR TEXAS BORDER

Provide leadership in the development of a mulit-disciplinary Cancer Center.  This position will be responsible for Administrative oversight of Infusion Services, Radiation Treatment and an Outpatient Cancer Center.  The Service Line Director will provide strategic and operational leadership for the development of the Cancer program as well as drive performance excellence and grow market share for oncology services overall.  This individual will coordinate these three areas and be responsible for operational and financial performance as well as patient satisfaction, quality and safety initiatives, physician satisfaction and staff engagement.

 

Qualifications 

Education:  Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, Healthcare Administration or related field required.  Master's degree preferred. 

Experience:  Minimum 3 years progressive service line management/leadership experience in oncology.  Physician practice management preferred.  CPR Required

 

 

NURSE MANAGER, WYOMING 

The Nurse Manager is a registered nurse responsible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for all the operational aspects of the Medical/Surgical/Pediatrics Nursing Units.  This encompasses human resource management, financial and clinical management, and the provision and development of professional leadership.  The establishment of departmental goals and objectives that ensure quality, cost effective patient care while working collaboratively to integrate the goals and objectives of Patient Care Services and Riverton Memorial Hospital; and the integration of continuous quality improvement (CQI) philosophy into the ongoing operation of the department.  Directly accountable to the Chief Nursing Officer.  BSN preferred, five years clinical nursing experience, strong interpersonal and team facilitating skills, solid verbal and written communication skills, knowledgeable of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, WY License, BLS, ACLS current or within 1 year of employment.
 

INTENSIVE CARE MANAGER, WYOMING 

The RN is responsible for coordinating the nursing care of patients in order to provide quality patient care to patients ranging in age from newborn to geriatric.
