Professionals looking for Opportunities
There are many websites that provide you with an abundance of information to help you with your search, from how to write a resume, to interviewing questions and negotiating the package, however, none of them address "How To Work With A Recruiter"
When working with a Recruiter, first and foremost you need to be honest and up front with them about your specific goals and needs. The type of setting, geographical preferences, shifts you are willing to work, acceptable salary and benefits etc. This all needs to be discussed at the beginning of the relationship.
Next, if you are not available for relocation and want to work with a Recruuiter and only want to stay within a25-30 mile radius, then please don't flood the market with your resume. If you do, chances are the Recruiter will not be able to help you with your search.
When you receive a message from the recruiter(s) you are working with, it is important that you get back to them in a timely matter. We understand you have a busy schedule, however, you can leave us a message after hours that you received our call and you will get back to us at a certain time or let us know the best time and number to reach you at.
